Checking in week
We are now in the 3rd week of December and time is flying by.
It’s time for a check in!
How are you feeling emotionally, physically and mentally? Are you solid and in a good place?
If you are, that’s fantastic! Keep up the good work.
If not, ask yourself, “What can I change right now to make a shift for myself energetically?”
Here are some simple things you can do right now to change how you feel.
- Take 20 minutes in a quiet spot, listen to some soothing music. Concentrate on the music and nothing else.
- Do some active stretching to help release the stress and tension from your body.
- Exercise for 20 minutes. Just get active! Get those good endorphins going in your body.
- Talk with a close friend or family member. (Keep things positive)
- Hug someone you love.
- Spend some quality time with a pet. Pet therapy is awesome medicine!
Those are just a few simple things you can do that cost nothing, but the benefits to your body, mind and spirit will reward you for a very long time.
